Yin yoga is practiced passively with longer held poses (3-5 minutes) mainly focused on the lower body. In the body, yin is represented by the stiffer connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) and joints. Energetically, yin is stable, solid and balancing.
Essential oils work on many levels to shift your mood, physiological processes and your health. High quality oils will be used aromatically and topically to support your physical and mental health to specifically address anxiety.
Cat will expertly guide you through an all-levels yin practice and educate you about essential oils and specifically ones use to help ease anxiety.
