In this workshop, you will experience the passive, relaxing benefits of Yin Yoga (floor based postures held for 4-7 minutes at a time), focusing on the shoulders and neck, with the feel-good effects of massage. TWO (or more!) sets of hands will be busy soothing and calming you with physical adjustments and relaxation massage.
Cat Doyle (RYT) and Sarah Allen (RMT) offer you hands-on love, guidance and the opportunity to unwind during these two hours.
