Delve deep into the slow, passive practice of Yin yoga.
For the passionate practitioner or yoga teacher, this training will impart the practical and philosophical application of Yin yoga.
Yin yoga is a form of passive static stretching that can be beneficial in maintaining mobility, enhancing range of motion and exploring the mind. This course intends to deepen your understanding and awareness of Yin yoga. You will learn both the philosophy and physiology behind this style of practice.

This program combines lectures, multi-sensory learning and hands-on experience in a small group setting. You will receive unique, individual attention in discussions and on the mat. Designed to benefit both dedicated practitioners and yoga teachers, you will be able to explore offering Yin classes after this course.
