Single Strategy Session $149
We focus on 1 - 3 topics/issues over a 60 minute video call.

Possibility Sessions
We will meet every other week over Zoom for three months (six sessions). This one hour call is supported with unlimited voicenotes and email support from me.
Coaching with an experienced yoga teacher and coach gives you accountability to show up for your students in your highest self. Whatever blocks are holding you back, we will hurdle them together!
