You will be sent a link and instructions for any specific props before each class.
Classes are held livestream over Zoom and you will receive a link to replay the class, available for 30 days afterward.
Each class is 60 minutes in duration and times are Eastern. (Convert your timezone here)
During class, please have your camera on, placed to your right and positioned towards you. This allows for the best angle for Cat to see you and provide verbal adjustments and cues.
Cat is online after class if you have any questions, want to share any injuries or just want to chat!
You will be contacted to set up a 20-minute one-on-one chat with Cat to discuss your yoga practice and any questions you may have.

Yin Unwind offers a practice of longer held poses, predominantly seated or reclined, in a meditative flow. Distinguished by its integration of Chinese medicine principles, Yin yoga specifically targets the Yin tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joints. Embracing the use of props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets, we support the body's release and relaxation.
Within Yin Unwind sessions, you'll explore pranayama techniques to regulate your breath and cultivate a sense of inner calm. Our classes culminate in a generous savasana, allowing your nervous system to gently unwind and restore balance.
This practice compliments well with more dynamic (or yang) yoga styles and busy lifestyles, offering a tranquil counterbalance to the demands of the day.

Core Flow classes are focused on integrating movements that isolate and strengthen the “core” of your body. This dynamic style targets muscles like the abs, glutes, and those around the spine, providing a challenging physical workout. Concluding our sessions is a well-deserved savasana—a glorious moment of rest and restoration.
As you regularly practice, you'll not only build strength but also enhance balance and flexibility, fostering a sense of harmony within body and mind.

Yoga Mobility Flow is a blend of yoga postures, mobility techniques, and a touch of physical therapy to level up your practice. We work in ways that both strengthens and increases the range of motion in your joints.
In our mobility-focused sessions, we dial into core stability and individual joint mobility using techniques like functional range conditioning, controlled articular rotations (CARs), and PAILs/RAILs (progressive/regressive angular isometric loading). Each class focuses in on a specific joint or yoga posture, ensuring targeted improvement with every session.
Expect to leave each Yoga Mobility Flow class feeling more tuned in to your body, with a boost in strength, flexibility, and overall body consciousness.
