Hike & Yoga

in Gatineau Park

🥾 Saturday afternoons in September and October

Bask in the magic of Gatineau Park with a hike and a yoga class in a small group setting!

Cat Doyle adores Gatineau Park! Throughout the seasons, she embraces skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and delights in hiking, running, swimming, and volunteering in the summer. Cat's deep familiarity with the trails and Park etiquette makes her eager to share this passion with others.

Gatineau Park holds a special magic, yet many people feel unsure of how and where to begin their adventure, or finding companions to share it with. With Cat as your guide, you can count on a warm welcome, friendly group dynamic, a comfortable hiking pace and an engaging yoga practice.

You will enjoy hiking on a beginner/intermediate trail, some plant identification, an all-levels outdoor yoga class with meditation, and being in community with other nature enthusiasts.

Welcome to a practice focused on deepening your connection with nature, and moving with ease in your body.
