During this 75 minute workshop, we'll open with a discussion on the benefits of different essential oils and their best uses. Then you'll enjoy an intelligently sequenced, thorough yin yoga practice, interspersed with the self-application of essential oils to produce a desired effect.
Cost: $45.00 per person
100% therapeutic grade essential oils by doTERRA will be used in this class. You will apply the essential oils yourself.
