When the days grow shorter and cooler, it gives us an opportunity to turn inwards and connect on a deeper level. In this practice, live gong and crystal bowl sounds will allow you to release tension and soothe your nervous system. The vibrational nature of the gong is a re-aligning and dynamic experience.
Yin yoga is practiced passively with longer held poses (3-5 minutes) mainly focused on the lower body. In the body, yin is represented by the stiffer connective tissues (ligaments, tendons and fascia) and joints. Energetically, yin is stable, solid and balancing.
Essential oils work on many levels to shift your mood, physiological processes and your health. Seasonally fitting oils will be used aromatically and topically to support your physical and mental health.
Cat will expertly guide you through an all-levels yin practice and educate you about essential oils and Devinder will work her magic on the vibrational instruments.
