Spend a morning forest bathing and communing with nature!
Cat loves Gatineau Park! In addition to skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, she hikes, runs, swims and volunteers in the summer. Cat knows the trails and etiquette and loves sharing this knowledge with others. The Park is a magical place, yet many people don’t know where to start or who to go with.
Enjoy being guided on a beginner/intermediate (there are a couple of big hills!) trail, some plant identification, an all-levels outdoor yoga class and meditation, and being in community with other nature lovers.
