Indulge in tranquility during this workshop, where you'll immerse yourself in the serene embrace of Yin Yoga complemented by the soothing touch of massage. Yin yoga, a passive practice, invites you to melt into floor-based postures for extended periods of 4-7 minutes, fostering deep relaxation.
Allow Cat Doyle (RYT) and Matt Beaudette (RMT, R.Ac.) to extend their nurturing touch and gentle guidance, providing you with an oasis of tranquility during these ninety minutes.
Through the session, Cat will guide you through this journey, and Matt will provide expert massage, easing tension and cultivating a sense of calm within each posture. Please note, the class has limited availability to ensure an intimate and personalized experience for each participant.
