It’s not a pop up event, it’s a “POP DOWN”! Balance the energy and brightness of the summer with a grounded and calm Yoga Nidra practice.

Yoga Nidra is a yogic technique - also known as yogic sleep - that opens possibilities for downregulating the nervous system, true rest and deep healing. This practice is for all levels: it is a guided relaxation meditation done lying down in savasana, supported by blankets and pillows. If you are feeling fatigued from overwork, demands on your time — or perhaps simply life! — this is a perfect opportunity to ground yourself.

Your brain waves slow down and you will enter a sleep-like state as you are guided through different layers of your energetic body. Many people fall asleep! Some practitioners report improved circulation, better sleep, lowered anxiety, and stronger immunity. When this practice is done regularly, Yoga Nidra can deepen, and the benefits increase.

You will leave the practice feeling restored and rejuvenated.

Please have your yoga mat set up and props to make you cozy - a bolster under your knees, blankets under your head and over your body and an eye pillow. Wireless earphones can enhance your experience.
