Many people overbreathe and may not realize how this affects their physical and mental health. In this session with Cat Doyle, you will learn about the biomechanics of the breath - and how you might be breathing incorrectly!

You will practice techniques to breathe better, and with more awareness. Breathing with intention can help you to reduce stress, focus better, and sleep more soundly.

In this session you will:

  • Learn about the anatomy and physiology of breathing

  • Observe what overbreathing or disordered breathing can look and feel like

  • Practice how to breathe to help relieve feelings of stress

  • Embrace tips to take breathing well into your days and nights
