Did you know that Yin Yoga, is partially based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)?
Like all traditional healing modalities, TCM considers the environment, season, and individual constitution for recommendations for treatment. So, a plant or acupuncture point that you would use in the summer, may not be appropriate for the winter. With this in mind, the Yin + Aroma Training has been sectioned into two parts:
Fall/Winter — where you will explore warming and uplifting oils and poses related to the energetic meridians of the Lung, Large Intestine, Kidney and Urinary Bladder. You will experience Yin + Aroma practices that are unhurried and lunches that balance the energy of the autumn.
Spring/Summer — where you will discover grounding and calming oils and poses related to the energetic meridians of the Liver, Gallbladder, Heart, Small Intestine, Stomach and Spleen. You will experience Yin + Aroma practices that are relaxed and lunches that balance the energy of the spring.

Friday October 4 6:30-9:00pm (online)
Saturday October 5 10:00am-6:00pm (in person)
Sunday October 6 10:00am-6:00pm (in person)
