We all handle the end of the year and the holidays differently. Whether this is a challenging time of year or you're deciding to take it easy, the oils below can help you manage whatever you have going on.
1. Frankincense is amazing to help manage stress and anxiety. Diffuse or apply to the back of your neck when feeling overwhelmed or need a break. Frankincense is also great for brittle nails and dry hands and can minimize wrinkles and fine lines. Add to a carrier oil or lotion of your choice and apply.
2. On Guard is a friend for all things immunity. It smells great and festive (contains Clove, Cinnamon, Wild Orange and more) and when diffused, helps cleanse the air. I take a drop under my tongue every morning to protect me - both physically and energetically. In a pinch, you can use a drop On Guard on your hands as a hand sanitizer.
3. Holiday Joy smells like Christmas in a bottle. This blend promotes feelings of coziness and closeness and allows us to feel more open. Siberian Fir, Wild Orange, Cassia, Nutmeg and more also make Holiday Joy a great immune boosting diffuser oil.
4. ZenGest / DigestZen is a blend of Peppermint, Fennel, Anise, Ginger and more and is amazing for digestive support. It's not my favourite smelling oil, but it works! Apply it topically to your belly or take a drop internally in water if you've eaten (or drank!) too much, feel too full or eaten foods to which you have sensitivities.
