Livestream Yoga Series

When I looked up synonyms for "spring", words like flexibility, resilience and elasticity came up. The meaning I was looking for is the season following winter, to talk to you about the change of season πŸ’ It's interesting how our language has these synchronicities with yoga cues!

It's always a good time to (re)start your yoga practice and the springtime can feel especially good. As we shed our layers from the winter, getting moving while staying grounded is so important. In Ayurveda, we consider what we are currently doing, to prepare for the following season. So what you cultivate now (both physically and mentally), will help or hinder you during this summer.

You may have experienced this before if you've had a busy and social summer. Not only does the time seem to fly by, but when fall rolls around, you find yourself feeling depleted and burnt out. The fiery-ness of the summer season burned up your internal resources. This can manifest in things like dry, rough skin, less ojas (energy of life), and sensitivity. πŸ‚

Practice yoga and meditation now, to benefit in the present, but also to give to your future self!

The practice of unrolling your mat at the same day and time each week allows you to dive deeper into your practice. Choose from Monday Yin, Wednesday Mobility and/or Saturday Flow. This will be my last series for a while and I'd love you to join and receive the benefits.
