The power of rest
/Many of us have a hard time truly and deeply resting.
Studies increasingly show how important rest is for revitalizing the body-mind. The benefits from sleep are actually due to it being the only time our bodies actually move into a "restful" state. Learning how to intentionally shift gears into a rest state is like taking a 'pit stop' off of the highway of life to get yourself tuned up.
