🍂 Back to routine, back to balance

I’ve just arrived back home after an incredible trip to California (LA and Joshua Tree). If you’ve been watching my Instagram stories  you know it was the perfect mix of exploring, culture, relaxing, nature and of course…heat! I am so ready to switch into fall mode for the cooler days and cozy nights.

The start of fall always has me ready to switch back into a routine. Summer is for impromptu beach days and long dinners spent with friends. Fall, I want to feel organized and fire up that routine again! And that of course includes, my yoga practice! Committing to a regular yoga practice for a defined period of time allows you to carve out much needed self-care and self reflection. The benefits of your routine will be tangible - you will feel the difference in your mind/body/breath! 

Tomorrow we start a new session of livestream classes and if you’re feeling the call to set up a regular practice, this is for you! For this Fall’s 12-week session, you can join for Yin Unwind, Yoga Mobility Flow, or a mix of Flow+Yin. Classes are held online via Zoom and you’ll be sent a link and instructions for any specific props before each class. Can’t make the live Zoom? Not to worry, everyone receives a link to replay the class, available for 30 days after recording. 

I want to foster the same connection you are used to when practicing in class together ❤️  I’m always online before and after class if you have any questions, want to share any injuries or just want to chat!
