I hope that getting back into routine after the holidays have gone smoothly for you and you're feeling well. 

My goal in teaching yoga (read: life) is to bring more ease, health, movement and joy to others. I believe that we all can benefit from a consistent physical yoga practice. Since you’re getting this note, you know and have felt these benefits!

I realize that you may not have seen my Unroll the Mat yoga studio or experienced my livestream style! In order to give more people an opportunity to practice with me, I’m offering a FREE week of livestream yoga 🎉

Getting on your yoga mat can sometimes feel easy and sometimes it’s the most challenging part of the practice. Being in a community of yogis with a dedicated teacher can make all the difference as to whether or not you show up. And I'm here to support, educate and cheer you on!

Online classes may not be for everyone, but if you haven’t tried a live class before, I highly recommend you do! Reply to this email with which class you would like to try and you’ll receive the link before the session 🙂
